Mrs. Devoes' LA Class --October 2, 2013 Today we recorded our book reports about the book "Lily's Purple Plastic Purse " by Kevin Henkes. We added nice pictures and text about our favorite part about this wonderful story about a little girl (well, actually a mouse) who gets mad at her teacher for taking away her favorite purse because it was noisy and distracting to the class. Lily learns to understand her anger and her teacher and figures out how to be herself while learning and being part of a class community.
